I have had the opportunity to work with an online game-creator team in the United States, Golden Lasso Games. My challenge was to improve a scientifically imaginative vector illustration that I drew almost three years ago. The illustration of a group of space explorers successfully arriving at Mars. The client required me to change all the characters in the image to make them look more futuristic and sci-fi, and also add robots and aliens into it. My client has provided some references for alien characters. All I had to do was redraw them in my style.
Golden Lasso Games is endeavoring to creating games and products that facilitate inclusive and creative roleplaying experiences. They are dedicated to working with a diverse group of artists, writers, designers, and publishers, and believe that it is important to give priority to marginalized creators. They will only work with individuals or companies that agree with their stance that Black Lives Matter, trans rights are human rights, feminism is the future, no human is illegal, love is love, and representation is vital for the next generation. All art, including games, convey a message from their creator.
